I’ve been using this filter for four months and have gone through two filters so far.
In brief, it effectively filters water as promised, improving taste and safety. However, it does filter slowly and is pricier than other brands.
For my first use, I ordered a refill pack alongside the filter and followed the provided instructions. I thoroughly cleaned the basin with soap and bleach, allowing it to air dry between filter changes. My tap water initially registered between 250-280 TDS (as shown in the filter chart).
With the first filter, I estimated that it filtered around 50-55 liters (about 13.2 – 14.5 gallons). After that, the water developed a strange, almost sour taste and an unpleasant smell. I expected better filtration longevity, but my tap water might be worse than anticipated. Up until that point, the filter had performed well, so I wasn’t overly disappointed. During this first filter’s use, I ensured the basin was always full, keeping both compartments submerged, which simplified drawing water.
After cleaning the basin and replacing the filter, I decided to track my filtering more carefully. I recorded each liter filtered and this time allowed the top compartment to drain completely, while keeping the bottom filled. The second filter lasted 75 liters (about 19.8 gallons) without developing the same bad taste or smell, registering 008 on the TDS meter by the end.
Based on my experience, I’ll continue to let the top compartment dry until I need to filter again. The filters are now performing within the expected range, which is a relief considering the poor quality of my apartment’s tap water.

I deeply regret this purchase, as it does not meet my expectations at all. I would like to return it immediately, along with the cartridges that come with it. It’s very expensive, especially considering my limited retirement income. The taste is simply terrible and quite nauseating. I’ve only used it twice, just to fill it up, thinking the issue was because the device was new. What can be done about a refund, please? Sincerely.

I used to have the smaller model (I believe it was 8 cups) and it didn’t perform well—it leaked. So, I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing this one, but I’m glad I did! It doesn’t leak from the filter, has a large water capacity, and the front spout makes it incredibly convenient to use. Definitely worth the upgrade!

I’ve been through it all—sink filters, under-sink systems, countless pitchers. Brita, Pur, and various generics all claim to improve water, but none truly deliver “good” water. ZeroWater changes that—it makes water genuinely “good.”
For ten years, I’ve relied on ZeroWater products, and I can’t imagine using anything else. Once you try it, you’ll see how subpar all those other options were in comparison. ZeroWater transforms bad water into something that tastes better than bottled.
I live in an area with terrible water quality and outdated pipes. The tap water here reminds me of a toilet tank—musty and off. With a reading in the high 200s on the included meter, ZeroWater brings it down to 0, completely eliminating the unpleasant taste. If I poured it from a bottle and claimed it came from an industrial purifier, you’d believe me.
Every friend I’ve introduced to ZeroWater has been amazed by the difference compared to other brands. In my experience, Brita and Pur still leave traces of undesirable flavors, despite filtering out harmful substances. You can make water safe without improving its taste—ZeroWater accomplishes both.
This large dispenser with dual filters is a game changer for my family’s water consumption. It filters faster than single-filter dispensers while holding over three gallons. I can fill it up with a gallon at a time, ensuring I have plenty of water without constant refills. It addresses my only previous complaint about ZeroWater products needing frequent attention to maintain usable levels. If you have the space, this is the one to get.
Initially, I was worried about filter lifespan and needing two filters, but each one effectively does half the workload. I’m more than willing to buy a two-pack of filters since this system purifies much faster than others in its category.
I also appreciate the pull lever on the dispenser instead of a button. I had a smaller model with just one filter and a push button that required holding. This design is much easier for those with conditions like arthritis. Pull the lever down to fill, push it back up to stop—simple as flipping a light switch.
Now, I find myself drinking more water thanks to this dual filter tank. I keep a gallon pitcher ready and can quickly fill it to capacity. I can’t praise this dispenser enough. They’ve truly listened to user feedback and addressed concerns about previous models being slow or cumbersome.
To borrow a phrase from the old Packard car company, “Ask the man who owns one.” I own one—this is the product you want. Once you experience the convenience, there’s no going back.
As described –
I’m really impressed with this product. After undergoing a major surgery, I could only manage to drink water, and this was just what I needed. The filter is still functioning weeks later, and the water tastes fantastic!

I’ve been using this filter for months, and its longevity is a major advantage. The water quality is excellent, and the ppm monitor is functional and accurate. However, I’ve read that it removes all particles, including beneficial salts, which may lower your electrolyte intake if you’re solely relying on the water for hydration. Aside from that, the filter is compatible, portable, and performs well overall.
Kismet –
The filter performs well, is simple to assemble, and easy to clean. The top opening cap makes refilling the water very convenient, and the improvement in taste is noticeable. The included meter is also a great feature, allowing you to see the difference between tap water and filtered water.
However, the filter only lasts about 30 days. Once it’s nearing the end of its lifespan, the water starts to taste terrible, and a fishy odor can develop. It’s so unpleasant that you can’t just ignore it and keep using the old filter; the taste is truly awful, necessitating a new filter purchase. Unfortunately, the replacements are quite pricey (around €31 each), and with the need for frequent changes, it doesn’t feel worth it in the long run. By the time I realized this, my return period had expired, so I couldn’t get a refund. I ended up giving it to my sister to try out.

The water is well-filtered. Before filtering, the tester showed 380, and after filtration, it read zero. Filling the tank takes a little time (a few minutes) for the filtering process, but it’s acceptable. Overall, in terms of value for money, it’s a great deal.

I previously owned a smaller Zero Water filter but decided to upgrade to the 32-cup model for more capacity. Now, I have both the 32-cup and a 23-cup, which provides a lot of water storage.
While there are various water filter brands available, I find Zero Water to be the best value for my needs. Each filter typically lasts about six months, and the water tastes great—no chlorine flavor and no particulates.
I’ve looked into scientific tests on different filters, but I still prefer Zero Water above all others in its category. In the past, I tried aftermarket filters instead of the official Zero Water replacements, but I was not satisfied with any of them. I returned to using only Zero Water filters. They may be pricier, but they’re worth it. I recommend checking for sales on Amazon.
